The Sphere Experience and Vibee, the company that coordinates their "VIP" tickets are both trash and honestly, after 40 years of love for U2, I've become disenchanted due to their association with these two organizations.
I purchased the VIP experience via Vibee in April 2023 and was thoroughly ripped off with my obstructed seats in October 2023. I complained online and in person and was not reseated, after which I "experienced" this so-called "experience" with less visibility than in regular concert seats, despite paying a premium, with the added trouble associated with men pushing past me as they ran back and forth into the aisles to try to catch glimpses of the ceiling and additional visuals.
I will never do business with Vibee, the Sphere, or really anything U2 associated again. I've provided negative reviews that were all ignored and expect this to be ignored. I hope it's helpful to other consumers and will be reporting the issue to other websites in an attempt to draw attention to this fraudulent behavior and positively impact other consumers.
