Buyer, an autographed memorabilia collector, bought Steve Nash basketball jersey and needed it in a hurry right before the Final 4. He received it on March 31 as promised. On April 3 he opens a return claiming it is "not authentic." I found out that Nash did a free autograph signing on April 2. However at such signings the players often refuse to sign anything except the photos provided by the sponsor. Most likely Nash refused to sign the jersey and the buyer is using the "not authentic" claim to circumvent my 20% restocking fee.
