I contracted SpeedyPaper online site for the Dissertation writing assistance for my PhD, and it was atrocious, horrendous, absolutely horrible. The writer had spelling and grammar errors, they knew nothing about the topic and it read like it. It seemed to be written by someone who had very little grasp of the language. They don't let you speak to the writer, you can only chat with Support to try to give clarification.
I tried very hard to work with the company since I had already paid them. But they just played a game with me until I ran out of patience, or time for the document to be completed. Even today when I complained, 9 DEC I was told the paper needed "yes, the paper needed some modifications", but they refused to refund my money IAW the policy cited on their website which states "a FULL REFUND if A CUSTOMER DOES NOT RECEIVE A COMPLETED PRODUCT BY THE DEADLINE".
My original deadline was 22 NOV. The product was totally unacceptable and they keep supposedly re-writing it. the second deadline was 3 DEC. Today is 9 DEC and the document is NOT COMPLETED. But they have my money, refuse my refund and I have no document.

Dear Customer, the product had been delivered. A 30-page paper as ordered. For now, we're only discussing the quality of it. And since we do agree that it's not perfect, we offer you a partial refund of 40%. As we believe that, even though the paper has flaws, some parts, points and ideas of it can still be used after some modifications.

Patrick, I understand what you're trying to say, but legally, you have stated in your website I can get a "FULL REFUND if IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT RECEIVE A COMPLETED PRODUCT BY THE DEADLINE." The deadline for a completed product was 22 NOV, it is now 9 DEC and you have admitted that the paper is STILL NOT COMPLETED. In accordance with your website, honor and professionalism, I request a FULL REFUND. Unfortunately, I cannot do another order because, YOU HAVE TAKEN ALL MY TIME and NOT DELIVERED A COMPLETED PRODUCT.

Dear Customer, the deadline had never been shifted without your approval. It's now set on Friday, 3rd of December, so unfortunately this particular rule can't be applied here. I do understand your point though, and it is a shame that we weren't able to meet your expectations, but we're now ready to provide you with a writer from my personal pool. They usually demand 45% higher than regular bids in they have strong reasons too since they've been working for us for years and never had any troubles with quality. Please note that you can just postpone the order and then, whenever you'll have an assignment for us, simply ask the support team to replace the initial instructions. My offer has no expiration date, so you can get back to us even in a few months and we will still work on it

Patrick, really... so EVEN IF you say the new deadline was 3 DEC, today is 9 DEC and you in all honesty admitted that the paper IS NOT COMPLETED... "we believe that, even though the paper has flaws, some parts, points and ideas of it can still be used after some modifications." So you have admitted that on 9 DEC the paper is STILL NOT COMPLETED, but needs some "modifications". Therefore, I can get a FULL REFUND if A CUSTOMER DOES NOT RECEIVE A COMPLETED PRODUCT BY THE DEADLINE... still applies. Please just do what's right and let's part as professionals. Surely we have both learned a very valuable lesson here.

Okay, P----k. I prayed that you would do the right thing by your customer IAW your website, but clearly, you are determined not... that's very sad. Your website guarantees a refund (under FAQ, #10), however, you now have my $507 and I DO NOT have a document. You REFUSE to stand by your own policy, and you think it's okay to treat customers like that. I'm very sad. I worked with your writer, explaining the problem, extending the time, even giving them examples, and the product still had grammar and spelling errors and was cited incorrectly. The PhD. level paper was written below High School standards. Each time you asked to try again, I complied until I have literally ran out of time. And today you admitted it still needed "modifications". A paper due 22 NOV is still not correct on 9 DEC. Now I'm out both my money and I have no paper. This is just not right.

Dear Customer, your frustration is completely understandable, but it seems like we interpret the policy in different ways. The paper can be good and bad, but as long as the required word count is reached and it's related to the topic we consider it complete. We never refused to revise it and we're still willing to help you with this paper or another one. But a full refund can't be provided here.
