1) Not UL approved
2) Cord gasket does not fit around base of unit
3) One screw is too short to attach wing nut to rear receptacle
4) False advertising saying it can pick up TV signals at 180 miles away; physical curvature of earth only allows 70 to 73 miles.
5) The way it’s built, I don’t think the rotor would work in our sub-zero temperatures in the winter
6) Had to get credit card company after them to get credit for returning item
7) Refuses to & return shipping charges on credit
8) Would never, ever recommend this company.
9) Commercial TV antenna installer said he had to replace 5 of Spectrum antennas last year.
