I had a plumber come to my house to check for possible mold problems in a 3/4 bath. He inspected and reported damage to shower pan and toilet wax seal. He gave advise on not using this bathroom anymore until mitigation could be completed.
He talked about toxins, mold, allergens in the air and in the surfaces of the rest of the house and recommended using a product from BiocideLabs to fog the house.
I have no problem doing that but your previous report advises against that; then I see the report from a doctor's group that says don't be afraid of fogging your house.
