Multiple issues with this company, clothing is made terribly, items never got shipped, poor customer service when trying to obtain items or refund. I placed an order for three dresses on 10/5/2019 order # 4986, items included THE SELENA WRAP MAXI DRESS IN SLATE GREY, Floral Embroidery Mesh Sleeve Mini Dress, and WILDFLOWER SATIN KIMONO MAXI DRESS in the amount of $93.59 from their website.
I got an e-mail on 10/12/2019 that the order was shipped including "items in this shipment" and it listed ALL THREE DRESSES. On October 19, I got an e-mail that the order was delivered. I opened the package and there was one dress in the package that was made out of what felt like paper material, it was awful, nothing like pictured, see through.
On October 21 I emailed the company and let them know there was only one dress in the delivery. They responded and said that "your second parcel has been delayed due to the item(THE SELENA WRAP MAXI DRESS IN SLATE GREY - size : L, material : Cotton&Spandex, color : as picture ) you ordered is still under processing now.
We checked it with our factory and got it will come back in stock in another 7-10 days, do you want to wait for it? We can also cancel it and send you another in 1-2 days." I told them the e-mail made no sense, it will be in stock in 7-10 days or I can cancel it and send another in 1-2 days?
I noted that they did not mention the other dress that was missing at all and I need a status update because if it was going to be another month before I got the dresses I wanted to cancel them and get a refund.
I got no response to that email ever. I emailed again three more times and finally got a different response on 10/29 stating "Sorry to tell you THE SELENA WRAP MAXI DRESS IN SLATE GREY - size : L, material : Cotton&Spandex, color : as picture is sold out and will not be restocked within 2 months, how about we cancel it then we can ship out other items sooner ? " So now the dress is sold out and will not be restocked until 2 months later. I asked for the items to be cancelled.
MY next e-mail from them stated "Do you want to cancel the 2 items (THE SELENA WRAP MAXI DRESS IN SLATE GREY - size : L, material : Cotton&Spandex, color : as picture & Floral Embroidery Mesh Sleeve Mini Dress - color : Multi, size : M) for refund?" and I replied AGAIN, that yes I want all items refunded and cancelled. i never got a response to that email either so I asked again, when will i expect to see my refund or get confirmation that this refund is being processed on 11/1/2019.
On 11/2/2019 I got a shipping status email after I have asked ten times for the remainder of my items to be cancelled and refunded. And another separate email on 11/2/2019 statting "Hello,We have canceled partial item: THE SELENA WRAP MAXI DRESS IN SLATE GREY - size : L, material : Cotton&Spandex, color :as picture which not ship and refunded your money to your payment account, please log in and check it. Normally, there will be 5-7 days before you can receive your refund." So they cancelled one item, not both as I requested.
On 11/4/2019 I got an email from the company separate from my complaint email with an "out of stock notification" .
I never got my refund. I opened a case with Paypal to get my money, they emailed me and asked me to cancel the case or else they cannot refund me. I told them I do not trust them to refund my money or their business and lack of customer service skills so I am still waiting to hear back from Paypal on my dispute.
