Very unpleasent experience with this business, I have 100's of customers in washington and all are happy except for this john sparks, he claims I ripped him off $250, which my signed invoice says otherwise. His printer needed a new part in the fuser unit and he paid for the intitial cost for the service call, and extra for the parts kit. The plan was to order the parts and come back. So a couple days later he started blowing my phone up demanding I go back to his business and finish the service his machine needed. In his tantrum he was mentioning his collection of guns, attack dogs and his military experience, which raised red flags for me to even go back to his business.
Then he gets his girl friend to call back acting all sweet and innocent, that they were sorry they just needed there printer fixed and john is sorry for being rude, I still was weary to come back to his business after I felt he would do something stupid as to physicaly violate me, I think this guy has serious ptsd issues going on up in his head.
Long story short I came back to his business to finish his copier and i park my car facing the street with the keys in the ignition and door cracked open just in case i had to leave quickly, like i said on the phone he was being very threatening.
I walk in and he wont let me leave, accuses me of ripping him off and i charged him over a fake issue. I had my parts kit ready to go but instead he starts his flaring his temper and says he fixed the machine himself by clearing an error code, which isnt very smart because his copier warned him if he did not replace the part further damage can be caused. I went out to leave and he started smiling and laughing saying i owe him his money back and blocking the door with his body. I felt in danger and wanted to get out, he wouldnt let me! long story short I run out to my car and leave as fast as i could and as i pulled out the drive way there was a police car sitting outside on stand by, almost like he was expecting to have me arrested if any forms of physical assault took place. His girl friend called me over into a trap, they still owe me for the trip out there and the parts kit i ordered. after the thousands of calls i have done in any business you can name of this is the most psychotic man i have ever dealt with, if you ever get into a dispute beware, this guy isnt right in the head.
