I have been using Sparkletts service for five years and as of this last year 2016 amd current month and year Feb 2017 they have been nothing but thief's ..My billing isn't correct and I make payments and they don't deduct it ..so I canceled my service and paid the full amount they were asking for that was incorrect but I paid it anyways .So Jan 3 2017 I speak to there lousy representative and they assure the account is canceled but not completely untill the water cooler and bottles get picked up ,so I arrange for them to be picked up as soon as possible ,sparkletts sets me up for Jan 6 2017 from 8-5 pm I take work off and wait ,I call the center at 5 pm asking were is the driver and the representative says he already went and I said that is impossible I was sitting here right near the door since the morning ,and I knew the driver never showed up he left no paoer or didn't even call me like the center mention he will do.So day two comes they set me up for pick up on Jan 7 2017 8-5pm ,I take another day off from work I actually spoke to a customer service supervisor on Jan 6 when i was told he came and didn't ...I TOLD HER TO give me the drivers supervisor name and number she refuses and says sparkletrs can't give the driver supervisor number nor email ,that I will get an email which was another lie ...So back to jan 7 2017 I call the call center at 3pm asking if the driver will come for sure Since I took time off from work second day and The representative says he will be at my home before 6 pm ..So it's 7 pm no show no call ...I believe they are using these tactics for retaliation due to my complaint and cancelation.I will.nebr refer sparkletts water to anyone They are a headache and have uneducated staff who do not know what they are doing and are unrealiable and also there 1800492-8377 number is a nightmare ...You call and it says your wait time is 15 mins ,but They take an hour ,I actually was on hold foe an hour . Poor customer service poor drivers.
