WTF?! So I came across SPARK WHITENING and got caught up in the $1.03 trial. I was all for it. DON'T DO IT! Total RIP OFF. Who EVER I spoke to spoke real fast and next thing I know, that $1.03 comes out my account, then $3, then another $1, then $2. Next thing I know I wake up this morning to a charge of almost $95 to my card for some basic 4 whitening pens. THAT'S IT! I didn't even get the trays for these whitening pens! I call customer service and of course, non proper actually English speaking person over the phone tells me some BS and I only get back $33 out of the $100+ that they basically stole from me through FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I CANCLED the LAME ACCOUNT. They ain't worth two a* wipes. THIEVES!
Wife got caught in one of the FREE TRIAL Dental Whitening schemes from a company called Bella at Home. I got involved and cancelled the order and was charged $9.41 for their trouble.
Two weeks later a charge of $94.21 appeared on my bank statement from a company called Spark Whitening. We had not ordered nor received any product from this company. Initially contacted Bella at Home and they confirmed the cancellation of their order.
Phone number listed on bank transaction was 866340-2611 which when dialed the phone system says the call cannot be completed as dialed.
I contaced the company directly at 866-711-2831.
Connected to an individual that like other reports on this company would not listen to what I was saying and would not accept any sensible response.
We did not receive the product they claimed we ordered and the individual refused any cooperation until I got angry and demanded to speak to her superior. As expected Superviosor was "not available".
Individual started with a 30% refund then a 50% refund and then a 60% refund if we returned the product. Would not accept that we did not receive the product and had no proof of delivery as product was mailed without need for receipt signature.
Finally was told we would receive a full credit and to expect an e-mail in the next 24 hours confirming.
I will await the e-mail and if not received will contact bank and file a fraud claim.
Wow I can't beleive I fell for this scam. Ordered a trial period of this teeth whitening product for around 5.00 dollars. Thought all was well when I received it in the mail a couple weeks later. Done I thought right. Not a chance. Received another shipment about a month later and wondered why. checked my credit card statement and realized they had charged me over 150.00 for a years subscription. Called the company to cancel subscription and asked for some kind of refund. Not a chance. I can't beleive this is allowed to go on. Lesson learned. Don't ever order a trial period of any product. First time for me and the last. Stay away from this company.
I found an ad on a free sample website offering free samples of spark whitening pens for 1.00 for shipping,after filling out all info,common for free samples,i recieved the samples and severel days later found a 97.00 withdrawel from my checking account.i did not enroll in any auto mailings from this company and authorized nothing but 1.00 fee for samples,called them today and first recording message says how to cancell your autoshippment,funny,didnt get that same message yesterday.had to cancell my bank card and get a new one to stop this company from being able to steal anymore money from me.they said a shippment was sent to me yesterday,i will be sending it back and will insist on my money being refuned.
