This company sent a bad part. I called and was told to submit a form from their website. I did that and was sent a short, rude, email by a tech that supposedly "inspects" parts before they are sent out. I told him the error I was getting and what that meant. I was speaking both from experience and the manufacturer's website. After 2 weeks of emails with no response, I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone who apologized and set up a return. I needed the part in a hurry, so ordered a new one and was promised a refund on the first when it arrived. I tracked the return and called and emailed when it arrived. That was over 2 months ago and I never received a refund and the company is now out of business, according to the guy who answered the "international" phone number listed on their website. Their toll-free number is disconnected and emails are returned as undeliverable. I lost $168 to this company. I wonder how many other people are owed refunds.
