Ordered replacement for 0602-2221015 from spapartsdeal.com for their webpage the replacement was 0602-221046. I was sent 0602-221066-300 instead (the replacement for 0602-221046). It should have been sent 0602-221063-299, But like I said their web page said the replacement was 0602-221046 and I was sent 0602-221066-300.
Please note I have all the emails and the web pages saved. In the emails their person, Frederic Savard told me it was an error on their part, that the webpage was wrong it should be 0602-221063-299, he sent me a return label and said he would send the correct part. When it did not come back I contacted him (several times) and was told it was back ordered.
Suddenly now I am being told by Brian Sirois (the president/CEO?) there is nothing wrong with the part (there is nothing wrong with it, it was never used), that I was sent the right part, his last email states "The information I had was that your spa pack was not working and since it was under warranty I approved the return label . 299 and 300 is the same spa pack, only the options are different .
I would not approved the return if I knew that the spa pack was working well." I would like to know ... are the 0602-221066-300 and 0602-221063-299 the same spa pack as he states? If so then why has it NEVER worked with my spa and why did their person Frederic Savard tell me it was (their) mistake and they would correct it?
Is there anything that can be done by Gecko the manufacturer, it was still under warranty when I returned it. geckoportal.com. Not that the warranty should matter, I spent almost a year researching, talking to people, replaced the circulation pump and paid people to check it only to find out they had ADVERTISED AND SENT ME THE WRONG PART.
Also, now when I go to their website spapartsdeal.com ... Norton blocks it as a dangerous website, complete with big red warnings and enter at your own risk. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have saved every email and picture sent between us to prove they are literally lying and honestly I am not sure why, it's only a $300 part. I just hate being lied to.
Customer tried to return an item they purchased 6 months ago , we have explained the customer that the part number had change and that they received the good parts . We also sent the returned item to the manufacturer for a complete testing and it came back that the item was not faulty . We have sent back the item to the customer .
This is probably a lunatic democrats that does not accept fact and still believe that they were right all the time . Funny how I only have 1 bad review since 2015 .
