Ed (Edward) Gonzales, and Soza Weight Loss Clinic of Frisco, TX. is unprofessional, and does not "do refunds" no matter what - regardless of your experience. I did not lose a single pound, their expensive products are a total waste. The owner never contacted me, although promised.
Eddie's Soza Clinic of Frisco is a complete SCAM. I paid over $500. I got a one month supply of a natural spray, and natural appetite suppressant. They advise you to follow the required diet, quite commonsense - very low carb, very low sugar, no dairy, nothing processed, high protein, vegetables.
The spray and vitamin suppressant did absolutely nothing for me. So I was left with someone telling me to follow a common knowledge diet, if I could do that on my own - why would I ever enter a weight loss clinic or seek help?! I called and told them the spray/pill were completely ineffective, offered to drive 40 minutes to the clinic to return the products asap, in which the girl stated "We don't do refunds". I could not believe the lack of professionalism, and customer service. I have continued to since take the products to give it more time/a proper chance, and still, absolutely ineffective.
I do not mind spending the money (on a program that works), and understand there will be some level of difficulty/challenge, of course - but this was completely a joke - it was like I gave my money away for free.
Do NOT go here and throw your money away, it's a total rip off. In addition, I never saw a single medical professional, or anyone with a medical degree.
