On April 22nd, my husband and I paid Waterside Apartments $100 application fee, plus $100 security deposit after they said we were accepted for a TOP floor apartment. Once we paid all money, they sent us an email immediately saying "Oh, the apartment is no longer available.....WTF! When we asked for the money back on the application, they denied it. We're going to file a charge back with our bank immediately if we are not refunded. That is shady business.
Running a scam to get FREE application fees and DURING Covid-19 is a d**n shame. We would NOT recommend paying any application fees for two people. If you decide to put in an application, only do ONE and add the other person later only after you have "REAL" apartment offer. They are a very shady company. We would NOT recommend you pay anything to them.
