For the last 12 months AEP/SWEPCO has posted light bill payments from one to 6 days. My bank says AEP/SWEPCO receives from their online payment service the day I ask for funds to be sent. AEP/SWEPCO post to my electric bill account up to six days later and then says I am late. Even though I have lived and had electric service at the same location for 28 years AEP/SWEPCO wants a deposit of $501.
