They would call my daughters phones and tell them information about why they were trying to contact me, calling me on the job sending threatening emails, and messing up my Credit all for a Apartment complex that weren’t fit to live in....something needs to be done this is out of control.
Due to dead on the family, i was forced to break my lease 2 months before my lease end. The Rexford apts. told in which I still have the emails. that they will work something out with me. by the time I finish buried my dad. they send me to collection agency call Southern Management system, when i found out i call them to try to make a payment arrangement the refuse too and they told me i have to pay that in full otherwise o wont be able to rent never again as long i have that debt . what they are doing is every single month they update my acct. that way i wont be able to rent.. and when i call they don't want to talk to me or don't allow me to do monthly payments
Southern Management Systems needs to be shut down. I tried to communicate with the President of this company and even tried to speak to him person. I went somewhere that will never attempt again, trying to get help for my current situation that I was unable to do through the phone system at the company. But to no avail I'm being accused know of a criminal act which by no means is the case. This president of SMS IS TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME IN THINKING OTHERWISE. NO POLICE WERE CALLED JUST ASKED OR THEY WILL BE CALLED. THE OTHER SITUATION I DIDNT EVEN GET OUT MY CAR AND WAS CRYING PLEADING FOR HELP INNOCENTLY.
Robert weaver the manager was rude i wanted a correct balance on my account he said that it was correct i ask politely who can i speak to , to give me a corrected balance he said him and i told him what the balance should been and the incorrect charges and he said okay so whats your point i explained again he said he would take off just 100 dollars i said the balance is still incorrect and i said well how can i pay online instead of by phone and he replies then why are you still on the phone ? hang up , i asked for my account number and how to pay online he said NO bye! Very rudely. How do they expect to be debt collector all their associates are rude they wont be getting a dime out of me im taking it to the court

Got a collection notice for over $1,000... "Client Name" is an apartment complex which I've never heard of until today & certainly never occupied.
