Upon working with this group for many months, discussing confidential company strategies and approaches, and a complete, "100% stated" verbal commitment to our partnership in the permitting and opening of a new dispensary facility in PA, they came down from a meeting in CT where condifential information was disseminated, taken by them from our facility.
AFter making a "100%" commitment to our operation, the following day, they stopped returning calls, and backed out of our agreement stating that PA was too far from CT, and that they didnt have the capital to invest.
While we had suspicions and bits of data to the effect immediately after, it was confirmed this week from multiple sources that they are in fact using the confidential information obtained from our company in order to compete with us in our own market - which they never would have known about if not for our endeavor.
We are in the processing of filing injunctions and orders for them to cease; however it should be known that anyone who is considering doing business with this group of the complete ripoff and unethical / potentially illegqal business practices.
