I placed an order. They charged my account and that's pretty much it. I have been trying to get in contact for over a month and have yet to hear back. Don't fall for this scam.
I ordered an outfit for my niece online because I found this company on Instagram. This business is a total scam and the owner of this business is the worst, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. As a business owner myself I put my customers first no matter what- they keep me growing and refer people to me every day and I can't imagine not having them on my side. This person, however, exemplifies zero customer service skills. I never received my order and to this day she will not respond to my multiple messages requesting a refund. It's sad that people out there like this run businesses and are trusted when it comes to making honorable purchases. Because I never received my order my niece did not the gift my husband and I wanted to give her. I am so disappointed with this company and the owner should be ashamed. I am writing this in hopes that nobody will ever purchase from this person.
I ordered merchandise from this company. After not receiving it after a number of weeks I tried to contact them. First by email. Next by phone. After being ignored I tried to comment on their FB site and ended up being blocked. So I filed a claim through the BBB. It was the only way I was able to get them to refund my money through PayPal. But still no explanation of why I didn't receive items ordered. And no apology. I also noticed others on the BBB site with the same story. I unfortunately had some of my money on a giftcard which I had asked to be refunded in my original BBB claim. Since they didn't refund it and I didn't want to continue to use precious time dealing with a fraudulent company, I thought I would order one more time and be done with them for good. I saw the same merchandise I had ordered ( in the above paragraph) on their site. So I re-ordered it and no surprise....no merchandise again!! After trying to contact them again and oh yea, being ignored, I once again filed another claim with he BBB. I am currently in touch with an investigator there who contacted me after seeing all of the other claims against this company. I will continue to pursue every means possible to expose this company for what it is and to warn others so they won't be scammed as I was.
I found this business through Pinterest. I purchased an outfit for my 1 year old baby's birthday party on July 12, 2017 for over $60! I decided to spend this much because her first bday is obviously important and the shop seemed legit. Over 30k likes on FB and actively posts on Instagram.
When I made my purchase I received an email right away confirming my purchase. It is now almost a month later and still no update if my package has been shipped. I texted the number on her site like it asks, I sent an email, I messaged her on Instagram, commented on her Instagram pics, all while she ignores me and continues to post new updates to her FB and IG.
I then look up her business and see that others have the same issue with ordering items and never hearing from her or getting their clothes!!! (see BBB reviews here: bbb.org/east-texas/busin…). I am super frustrated with the fact that she is just completely ignoring me. Not good business.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP - she will scam you or just plain ignore you!
