I was hired by Southern Arizona Cleanup AKA Advanced Property Solutions, in September and October of 2012 to do Bee removal services at three different properties on the west side of Tucson. All of the properties were former foreclosures that were being made ready for sale.
In all cases I was required to take pictures of the before and after bee hive removals to be submitted to the financial institutions paying Lynn Necoechea, who is the Owner and operator of the Companies mentioned. After several attempts to collect payment, my phone number was blocked to keep me from bothering her.
I contacted all of the financial institutions listed on the foreclosure notices at the properties, and was told that Southern Arizona Cleanup had submitted bills for there services including Bee removal. And because they had paid Southern Arizona Cleanup, my dispute would have to be with Lynn N. This company has changed its name several times that I can see from other complaints.
I was recently hired by an individual who told me He was working for his Aunt Lynn. He fortunately told me that he got my company name from the community Fire department he works for. When I didn’t get paid by his Aunt, he paid me out of his own pocket in fear that I might contact his superiors at the fire station. Be careful of doing any business with this woman.
