If service agreement is void than contract is a breach. If a company changes ownership all paties must be notified in writing and grandfathered in according to the North Carolina retail sales and contract law. Just as they sent letters at the start of service with Toyota the same must be applied or it is a breach of contract.
Any changes to the original contract must be legally drawn up again and notary must refect the changes. A credit was alledgedly given for 8,050 the contract does not reflect this. If any information is incorrect it is a breach of contract and not valid. Doubled charged for the same power train warranty mislead to believe if it wasn't to my satisfaction a refund would be given.
On 3/20/2018 they refused to honor the clear paint protection plan observed stated it wasn't covered found paper work . Not only on the sticker was it covered for the door for 199.00 and then another charge of 300.00. Two many inconsistancies of the contract according to legal advise and research it is simply not a valid debt or contract.
I have advised SOUTHEAST TOYOTA FINANCE that I am going through financial struggles and that although my payments will be late I would pay my car and pay the late fees. I also been begging to change my car due date THEY REFUSED. I told them that since they refuse to work with me that my payments will continue to be late, but I will pay.
Today Sunday, March 25 2018 I finally have the March payment complete to pay for this month. I called the phone number and they have different options to be able to pay, (my log in account they blocked me so I cannot access my car finance account). I went to pay the car via automated phone and they have blocked me access to pay in this way.
After I have told them numerous of times to PLEASE STOP THE PHONE CALLS HARASSING ME, THEY CONTINOUE TO CALL THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY. THIS IS PURE EVIL AND HARASSMENT, INTIMIDATION. I decided every time I call them or if I answer the calls "I record the conversations, so there is proof I have NOT ONCE DENIED PAYMENT AND THEIR ABUSE AGAINST ME".

Cosign for granddaughter to get a car. she traded in her car which was a toyota also. After a couple days the tranaction did not go throught with down payment> The had already sold her old car> The car was return back to Toyota in Savannah Ga. The ask me and my husband to sign some papers and I question why i need to sign I wasn't on the original forms. We find out that the car was place in me and my husband name and said we had to take it home> we didnt want no car or could afford the papyment which we told him. the car was left at the dealer. The finance company southeast toyota told us to get another loan to pay off the car. They even gave our information to third party loan company to get a higher interest loan to pay off the car. The Savannah Toyota did som e inder handed stuff put the car in our name and making us pay for a car we don't ever have. Threat to garnish my husband pay and keep calling us to get another loan to pay off the car.
Recently was contacted that the car need to be service and we don't have the car. Also recieved a call asking if we wanted to trade the car we told them we dont have the car. I make a small payment from my account to keep them from garnishing my husband pay. They have threating us serveral times. They never went after the granddaughter because the first toyota she traded in was in her name only and my husband was cosigning for her to get a bigger car, but the gave her another toyota. She didn't want it and since they didn't ahve her old car and she stop apyment on her downpayment and the car was left at the toyota company> That when they ask us to come down whether my husband and I came with him. I was not working and I told the person that. He was like maybe you can get a car in your name and my daughter was like let me see. I was in the bathroom and the salemen gave my granddaughter some form for me to sign to sign> I thought he was running my credit see if I can get approved for a car like my son had just got for under 200 dollars. Next thing I know he got me and my husband down for the car for granddaughter. i NEVER AUTHORIZED TO be place on a loan with no one not even my husband . We was told since we was married that both husband and wife have to be on the car. We sold a car and we don't even have a car and didnt want her car. The old car she had and what was leftover went onthe new car that was placed in our name to pay. We have no car paying for a car, and now saying we need insurance on the car. We was told car was sold and and 11,000 was left on the car and we are obigated to pay for it. We was told to sign some forms and I was in the restroom and my grandaughter was like the man said sign theses forms for your credit. Now the me and my husband is on a car we never wanted and dont no what happen to it. mY GRANDDAUGHTER LATOYA R walk free from both cars.
