South River Electric Membership Corporation Reviews
Jul 8, 2019
Good Morning: Thank you for providing additional information. After speaking with our right-of-way/tree-trimming experts, it’s my understanding that the tree at your location is the responsibility of the home owner. The trees that were cut earlier in the month were at risk of impacting a primary line.
The tree at your home is near a service wire, which is not a part of utility right-of-way clearing. If you choose to hire a contractor or remove the tree yourself, please contact us and we will be happy to send someone to your location to move the line while the work is conducted to ensure everyone’s safety.
If you choose to go this route, please feel free to call our office at 910.892.8071 and a Member Service Representative will happily assist you in scheduling this work. If we can be of any additional service, please feel free to contact our office. Sincerely, Catherine O’Dell, CCC Vice President of Member Services & Public Relations South River Electric Membership Corporation _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Undoubtedly, there are members that are reluctance to speak out about racist tactics that have always been deployed in black communities by purely political whites. The bias is much deeper than this and have always represented the interest of whites and their European decent.
So, when Catherine O’Dell, CCC ,Vice President of Member Services & Public Relations of South River Electric Membership Corporation decided to continue the supreme disservice and downplay the oblivious of denying the cutting of trees in a black community that pose an endangerment for residents still remains a "yard stick” for subjective measures of human worthiness.
The devaluing of black communities for any requests of endangerment of trees across the road at 111 Roosevelt Road, Erwin, NC 28339 in Harnett County started with the establishment of the Constitution. The notion of a color-blind elected South River Board Membership of Dunn, NC is not a novel one. To the vast of Ms. O’Dell highly paid and employees in their hypocritical values most likely they are saying that "justice” has been rendered by denying the tree(s) being cut.
Well folks, South River still has the same familiar rotten stench smell of bedrock, ingrained attitudes of white superiority that runs too deep, and are being practiced from generation to generation. Despite The truth is South River and their afflicted companies is racist as to the color justice. Like everything else in this country South River was and have always intended to be white.
From the framers of the Constitution, to the president, Congress, judges, prosecutors, juries, stewards of justice, and South River elected members are white. The ingrained question for equal service to be rendered in a black community remains the same although, we are taxpayers, voters, and property owners.
American is a country that was built and constructed for the benefit of the white race who at heart, want to perpetuate their mindset inherited privileges as their European ancestors as South River and their afflictions whom through decimation set’s in decision seats.
