They failed to setup auto bill pay twice this resulted in the service getting disconnected and a reconnect fee being issued. The customer service rep was rude and offered no options. He refused to waive the fee. He wanted to talk to the employee that we spoke to as if she would remember in detail a conversion that took place 2 months ago. He would not even temporarily waive the fee until this sick employee returend to work.
Its my contention that the employee willfully did not handle the situation correctly in the first place.
