On December 5th I placed a trial order for LifeCell skin cream for $4.95, for shipping. I had 30 days to try the product and if I didn't cancel the order within 30 days I would be billed the full price of $189. I was notified by my credit card company that my card was billed for $189 the same day I placed the trial order. I want the $189 put back on my card along with any interest that will be charged. It has been over a week and I still haven't received the LifeCell product. How can this company get away with RIPPING people off.
