Source one & Karmen Kim, Contacted me on my cell phone after I tried to apply for a refinance loan online. Kim claimed that she can modify any loan but needed to speak with my mortgage company first. I signed a 3rd party authorization form and sent it off to her. Later that day she called me saying she spoke to my mortgage company, the attorney's representing them and said she will be able to modify my loan no problem. She promised us a conference call with my wife and I, a conference call with Mortgage Co. and finally a conference call with the attorneys handling the mortgage foreclosure proceedings. Mrs, Kim asked I send her $3500 ASAP because the attorneys only gave her 24 hours to lock in the modification terms. I told her I did not have this kind of money. She responded saying, I will have to call the attorneys and tell them to move forward with the foreclosure proceedings. I panicked and offer a 3 installment payment plan. During the payment period I repeatedly asked Kim for a status on our Modification but she never gave me a real update only excuses. One day my mortgage co. called me to see what my intension were with the property. I said we are modifying an application should have been submittal by Source one. He said an application was never submitted they did get the 3rd party authorization but no application. I later confronted Kim via phone, voice message/text she claimed it was submitted online and will resubmit again in two days’ time.
After a few days I called Kim and requested a conference call with mortgage co. to clear this up, she said she’d set it up for tomorrow a 3pm. She called me a 4pm saying they called her and she didn’t know how to add me to the call. By this time I was growing very concerned so I called the mortgage co. they said they have not spoken to Mrs. Kim and a conference call was never scheduled. I started seeing a pattern and demanded a conference call with the attorneys as she promised. She said once she’s back from vacation she’d schedule it. She returned from vacation than said she had the flu. I asked why she has not submitted our application. She said that the mortgage co. changed all their guideline while she was away and she will now have to re-submit. I again called them and they told me the guidelines are the same. At this point I knew this was a scam and started doing more research. I found that, Source One, has been scamming home owners for years and where sewed in 2012 by 7 home owners. They have bad standings with BBB and Business consumer alliance. This company has all my person information and I believe will sell it. Please help us stop this from happening to another Family.

Independent contractors & employees *beware* -- please avoid this company at all cost. The owner is richard D**k) bond and he is the biggest liar and cheat in the entire country! he either does not pay his contactors at all - or it takes months and/or years to get paid. I am the former director of vp for it and was let go in september of 2014 due to confronting him on his lying and cheating ways.
Along with hundreds of contractors, i was cheated out of monies that was promised and due to me. Any employee who has ever worked for this bum will attest to his abusive and crooked ways. I fought hard for the contactors to get them paid Along with other honest employees) and it was a stressful daily crisis every day. This idiot has no concience and could care less about you. A few examples of his cheatings ways are: charging his customers such as d**k's sporting goods travel charges, but not paying the contactor for travel - this is downright stealing; raising service rates to the customers with hidden charges - but not notigying the customer of the higher rates; going on world crusies and buying expensive cars and personal goods in place of paying contactors; coercing contractors to sign lien waivers before they are paid when customers get calls of non-payments.
Please research this moron before you consider contracting with him, working for him, or doing any kind of business with him. He tells lies - saying that his accountant embezzeld money from the company to put source one in financial crisis - he is a major bull***er that believes his own lies -- no one else does though. Save yourself frustration of having to beg for your money and being treated like crap. There is too much to list about this loser, but please research before interacting with him as you are too much of a valuable resource to deal with this carpet bagger.

When I came to the company in the summer of 2014. I offered to take this exec to lunch. He said "no". I almost fell off my chair. By September it was clear this employee was actually a poor performer and part of the problem.

Tammy Krueger from Source One Network Solutions LLC called us on 8/10/12 with an emergency service call at a Golf Galaxy in a local mall (it was almost 4:30 on a Friday afternoon.) We agreed to the call for emergency rates and dispatched a technician immediately. We were to diagnose & repair a downed T1 circuit. Our technician arrived on site and fixed the issue by reinstalling the T1 at the demarc within a very short time on site.
On 8/13/12 we followed the companies instructions for on-line billing through their web portal.
On the morning of 8/17/12 we were offered and accepted a job at a local d**k's Sporting Goods. We accepted it and scheduled it for later in the same day. The job ended up taking several visits to get all of the issues addressed including installing some new cat 6 cabling that was added to the job after we started it.
Upon the jobs completion on 8/28/12 we again submitted our invoice through the on line portal.
We have made numerous calls, sent many e-mails & letters trying to collect on these two invoices and have as of 2/26/13 been unsuccessful. As of January a woman in A/P there claimed to be trying to get us paid but, we haven't been paid yet and I suspect that was just another of their scams.
If you decide to take work from them I'd recommend getting paid up front or just telling them you will do it & never showing up, because they probably aren't going to bother paying you anyway...
I ran across this posting online. I have been here since June of 2014 and always pay my bills. Please contact me if somehow you haven't been paid yet. Thank you,
Unfortunately we have fallen victim to this companies poor management as well. We should have researched this poorly run business prior to working with them. The owner, d**k Bond, will promise you the world and lie about paying.
I do not understand how a company can have outstanding contracts with large companies, while not paying those who do the work. Source One Network Solutions operates like this, you are expected to buy materials, provide labor and complete the projects without receiving any deposits. They basically receive net 10 terms from their clients and pay their tech companies on net 45 if your lucky, but your looking at net 60 or 90 before they will consider paying.
This is a great example of bait and switch. I have found so many complaints about this company that I am surprised they are still around. They owe thousands in unpaid invoices!
seeing as how I am pretty upset at this company, I am going to do everything in my power to personally visit Bloomin Brands home office in Tamp Florida. I have spoken to people there who have agreed to a face to face with me about our unpaid invoices This meeting was arranged after I had a attorney start the process of filing a lein on the locations which our company worked. From what I gather, we have to act swift on this matter to prevent others from falling prey their tactics And to send a strong message to them and their clients.
I'm not sure what's going on at Source One Network Solutions, we have been contacted recently by 4 other technician companies who are also unpaid by them. I don't know how these technicians received our contact information, maybe there is a mole at Source One who is not happy. None the less, I will keep everyone posted on what happens from here.
if you are a victim of their shady practices, don't hesitate to contact the client directly and complain about payment or threaten to place liens on their property. This will get results!
