The Source One 360 company gets you to take their jobs and make payments on Fridays but does not deliver. Nobady answers the phone. When they do they put you off. Past due account now over 9 months. Next step is 3rd party money retrieval service. Not happy and wont work for them again. Many other companies have the same problem with AKA - Source1Net " SourceOne360 ". They changed their name also.
First of all, they seemed very friendly, honest and eager to get my company to work on their project. Little did I know that they just like to not pay people and hold their subcontractors to an extremely tight contract putting all the burden on the subcontractor with their minimum payment they recieve for the work done, if they ever recieve it.
They are full of broken promises and "missed" calls after you start questioning them about your payment you were promised months ago. Next month will mark 1 year from my first job with them, and still haven't gotten paid for any of them! I only wish I would have been able to focus my time on someone who may have actually paid us for our services and did not try to scam us as I think I'm getting scammed now.
I would suggest anybody who is thinking about going with this company to think long and hard about how badly you need the money your potentionally going to recieve from them. Because there seems to be a chance the they might want to give you the runaround.
My company provided IT services at several Outback Steakhouses last November and February and I have been trying to get paid ever since! I contacted accounts payable numerous times and was told that it was being turned in for payment!
Recently, I spoke to an accounts payable manager and was told the person responsible for this problem was fired; however, I still haven't been paid!(sounds like more people should be fired)
Acccording to numerous reports this is a common theme for this company. I am a small businessman and can't afford not be paid for services rendered. I think it's a shame that this company can get away with this kind of behavior with no consequesces!
Outback Steakhouse needs to be notified of these issues and I would recommend not providing any services for this company until they change their business practices!
We have been dealing with this company since October 22016. We did a few jobs and months would go by with no payment. Then 3 to 6 months later they would finally pay. Now we have done a few jobs for them again and no pay and the lady keeps saying she wants us to get paid and puts me through to the owner which is NEVER there. I leave messages and I never get a call back. Now I am waiting to see if we so happen to get paid this Friday as they always tell me they cut checks on Fridays. We have done jobs at Bonefish Grill, Chilis, and Outback for this company and will not do anymore for them unless they pay up front.
