Source 1 Movers or Preferred relocation, never, ever use this company - they have ripped me off for $350. A move was scheduled in which Cal, the sales guy told me that I had one year to use. The scheduled move was canceled in April and when trying to reschedule, they will not reschedule. They won't return calls, he returned my call once to tell me that he could move me in the next 6 hours on a day that was not agreed upon. As if I could stop everything and just up and move in the middle of a work day without notice. They play the steering game having you believe you are contacting a customer support office, when the reality is that it is a message center to take your number to steer you back to the same rep that ripped you off to begin with.
You can't reach a corporate number, because it does not exist. You will have to take this company to court for fraud and if by chance you do make it to an actual move. I have read horror stories about how they will bait and switch and detroy property before it arrives. Beware of the pitch of this being a small family owned business and how the value it's company. This is non other than a chop shop somewhere, however, I plan to shut them down.
