Soul Cycle Brentwood provided the worse possible customer service ever! Soul Cycle Brentwood staff is very unprofessional and careless. We had reserved a ride for a surprise birthday party and we had the guest sign in for the birthday girl and they had given up the birthday girl seat! The birthday was unable to ride at soul cycle Brentwood! All of her friends went to ride and she was left out. More importantly the way the staff treated the situation was improper and extremely unprofessional! They did not take care of the situation in a professional manner and did absolutely nothing to fix it. We had even told th staff in advance at soul cycle Brentwood that we would doing a birthday suprise bday and they were accomodating at first and then when we arrived they had no idea about the birthday while our guest were all in the lobby waiting! Soul cycle Brentwood staff was horrible in dealing with this manner! They handled the situation horrible! They need new management and need to retrain their staff to handle this matter Soul cycle you ruined my sister's birthday and all of rueb
