My daughter found her perfect prom dress on a site that specializes in dresses for special occasions. She ordered the dress and we paid extra for expedited shipping. The total came to 197 and some change. After about a week my daughter wanted to check on the status f her dress as prom was very quickly approaching. That is when we realized there was a big problem! We were unable to sign into the website that we had ordered from it just did not let you get in. I even tried signing up myself and it lets you sign up very easily however when prompted to put your email address and tracking number in it simply does nothing. So I then tried the live chat option for assistance ... No one available, ever!! The I've chat lets you leave a message which creates a live ticket which seems to have automated responses.. After several threads of emails we were told the dress will be on time !! That was it just ..."the dress will be on time". Well the dress was not on time , and it came however late, and it wasn't the dress ordered , it clearly was not even close to being the size ordered , and did not have any labels stating the size for the dress and it was the wrong color. I have dozens of emails requesting a refund , I have been told to alter the dress , To take pictures of her with the dress on and send them so that they can see fit a too big or to small. That even though there are imperfection s in the dress it is still a nice dress. I have emails literally using the word begging!! To accept 20% of a refund. Absolutely ridiculous responses from this company that don't make any sense. I informed them I filed a complaint with the federal trade commission and there response was" OMG why did you do that and go so far"? The dress was late, and all wrong . There policy states if your not happy anything they can do ! We asked for a refund and it has turned into an email war! They did refund 19.99 expedited shipping fee . But honestly that does not fix the fact that her prom was ruined and we are out a lot of money. Please help
Hi, I have also ordered a dress from a company in the same building herdress.com and the dress that they sent doesn't look anything like the dress they sent me. The quality of dress is very poor and the threads and embroideries are coming lose.
The sales support are very rude and told me they will not refund my money after multiple emails exchanged they said they can give me a 5% discount. I replied with 'that is not acceptable and would like full refund on the dress and postage' I am waiting their response.
They also asked me to keep the dress even though I'm not satisfied with the purchase. Why on earth would anyone pay for a dress just to keep it in the damn wardrobe, they are such rude and idiotic bunch of staff.
