After several refusals to their sales person, I finally agreed to give them a try. Sales person said if I tried it for a month and didn't like it I could cancel. So I signed. The next week the sales person came back to my business and said he had quit. A few weeks later the company called to get add info and I asked them about his statement since he was supposed to be the one I was dealing with. They said yes he had and I would be dealing with someone else from now on. I then said that I was uncomfortable about that since I didn't really want to do it anyway. She said I had signed a year agreement and threatened to sue me if I didn't go along with it. I said what about the one month trial. She said that's not an option. I said that's what I agreed to and that's it. I asked about what their rep had told me. She said it didn't matter what he told me as long as they have a signed contract.
I asked several times for them to send another rep to my store and after 4 months they have sent no one. They requested pics and info but I refused so they took pics off my facebook and created an add without my approval. I have never approved any add with them and they keep publishing an add with another artists work in my businesses name. I told them it was false advertisement but they did it anyway. I am very upset about this and will never do business or recommend them to anyone again. I even went into their business but their was no one for me to talk to. They keep telling me to call another lady who is never there. Very rude customer service.
