This company should be investigated and closed and employees put behind bars. The company is a total FRAUD. I had to cancel my credit card, thank GOD I will be reimburssed for the losses. This shouldnt happen to anyone. Oh, and by the way, If you call their contact number 1-855-549-2162, you can niver talk to anyone and after a short period, they hang up on you. Oh, but the recording will say they are having high volume calls, cant imangine why...and if you would like a call back, press one. Guess what, they never call you back.....Lets put them in JAIL.
This company, DREFTCE Sonny Designs, popped up a message I had won a watch on Amazon, all I had to do was pay the $6.99 shipping charge. They charged my checking account on line, $98.25. This is a rip-off. Do not believe this offer. I will try to get my $98.25 reimbursed, as this whole thing is a scam!
After answering survey questions, i was promised a watch for the price of shipping. approximately $6.95 my debit card was billed $98.25. The watch came, but was a cheap knock off.
On 11/13/2017 I was asked to fill out a survey. I was promised a watch for only shipping and handling. I got the watch. then on 11/17/2017 a charge for $98.25 popped up on my credit card account. I had not ordered anything. I have not receiced anything nor have I been notified that anything was shipped.
I received an e-mail form (supposed) Amazon asking for a review, and they give me a gift worth $6.99 plus shipping and handling. Two weeks later my card received an illegal charge for $98.25 . I had nothing to do with the so calles SONNYDESIGNS
It said get a free watch just pay $6.99 for S/H; then charged me $98.25. Come to find out, you end up enrolling in an autoship program...so it automatically charges your card and sends you new stuff every so often.
I got an email supposedly from Amazon to take a short survey and get a gift in return (for shipping only.) I did the survey and chose a woman's watch from among the "prizes."
I was billed the $6.99 shipping and handling fee. Then, two weeks later, I was billed $98.25 from the same company.

I got an email from Amazon about taking a quick survey for a free gift. I took the survey and chose a man's watch over trials of diet pills, anti wrinkle cream, acne wash and men's enhancement. After being redirected to the website, Sonny Designs, I put in my information and agreed to pay the shipping cost of $5.99. This was around March 25th and on April 15th I noticed a charge on my account for $98.25. I called only to be told that it's a trial and that I was even given an extra week to return the watch or keep it and get charged the full amount. After explaining my side the guy said they could only return 15%, then 35%, and finally 50%. I settled for 50%, but I might try to get the rest back and return the watch. It's definitely not worth more than $10!

I kept calling and someone named Maria kept asking me to repeat the questions, my name, address, the last 4 # on the debit card, zip code, I gave all that, she said I cannot find your name in our system, I found our that was all a delaying tactic they were just twirling me around. I am dealing with 2 watches, 2 companies, which I think it is the same person.
First, the email address on the MOtta website was dead after I sent the first email about cancelling and refund, and the phone was not working, as I was pestering them with calls. I kept emailing Sonny designs, going over the same roller coaster of questions, now she said I have to send proof thay they took my money, I did that, and they say a supervisor will call me, no one did, I disputed the charges that i did not authorize them, two days after Motta luxury sent in another $98 to my bank. My bank said they have been getting those complaints often. Something has to bw done, , they make sure that the 14 day time limit is rushed. They are scammers, beware of promotions and surveys where they offer free gift and say pay shipping. It is false, LOOK FOR THE TERMS & CONDITIONS & READ THEM, AND MAKE SURE YOU CAN RETURN IF YOU DO NOT AGREE.
bottom line- if the scam happened to you, send emails, call and make sure keep those copies of emails and calls
