He told me to visit a Store that was over 1hr from me, I could not find it, UPS told me they want out a while ago. I called company was told by Olivia there were no notes on files, insinuating I'd made this up even after giving her the codes George tried. I told her I would file with BBB. Called comp next day, spoke to manager Bernadette, she said if I would pay for a new SIM card she would have one shipped and she would credit me $15 for inconvenience send card but credit was $10.99 only. The SIM card was activated but my Phone still shows locked and fails to work even though they had me reset to Factory setting, loosing all my info. I called them back spoke to warranty Dept, they will give me a refurbished Phone for my almost brand new one, I told them no, give me mine fixed they said there not in the business of fixing Phones (had me call ZTE manufacturer, who to,d me it's not a phone but software problem Cricket must fix it), or give me a new Phone not somebody's messed up recycled garbage, been there before. They said no.
