Orignally I was told by the owners of Solo.To that Mark Smith who has been harrassing me and threatening my life, would have to show legal documentation to prove DMCA was a violation, before they would consider removing my content. There is NO INFRINGEMENT!
I paid for these serivces from Solo.To $60 a year for a subscription. Michael has not showed me any proof of a refund or legal documentation, because Mark Smith doesn't have any legal docs. Mark has been verbally abusive, slandering lies on facebook about me and now black balling my hosting services and other services I have paid for.
These ignorant stupid people automatically buy his bull**s**t and shut me down before asking questions, but its okay they refuse NOT to return my money or show proof they have recieved, or show proof of legal documention. Michael refuses to provide proof and yet claims they have a DMCA paperwork. Yeah right, sure you do.
Yet Mark himself copyrights in the book Queen of Hell... this phrase
"Since the first of mankind watched the sun set and stared into the
darkness, they knew they were not alone."
This phrase has been written by other writers so therefore it is copywriting as well, but Mark Smith goes around threatening and harrassing people if they say one word "Queen of Hell" he doesn't own the word, or has a lawyer or has ever actually had his self publsihed books (not mass produced or by a publishign agency) legal copywritten.
There are specifications which people are to stupid to pay attention to. No its wrong when people think, just because you write "copywrite" it sticks, not necessarily and there are free pdfs (not illegal) on the internet floating around. And Mark claims linking is illegal??? REALLY?
Yet Michael from Solo.To has blackballed me because of Mark Smith and his threats and abuse.
I have been ripped off with no refund and lied to by Michael from Solo.To as he is easily threatened by the occultist who thinks he owns the universe. Mark Smith and his croonies.
THERE IS NO LEGITIMATE COPY WRITE, USING THE WORD DOESN'T MAKE IT SO....UNLESS YOU HAVE LEGAL DOCS FROM A LAWYER, MICHAEL LIES TO ME MARK DOES WITHOUT SHOWING ME PROOF, BECAUSE THERE IS NONE!!!
