Thanks to Groupon, Solo Haven is a great example of how ANYONE can run a business. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to speak to a Groupon representative and had NO issue getting a refund AFTER the expiration date. I honestly can't believe Solo Haven/Aarika Dillard is in business. I LOVE buying/shopping/trying local & think Groupon is great for local business exposure. It's companies/people like this, Groupon needs to disassociate from. Still love Groupon!
I'd like to make sure you are aware as well. As I explained on the phone Solo, I called multiple different times/days before I sent the email. Check out the dates of emails Solo. It took you 3 days to respond to an email sent on a Tuesday. It's clear, Solo, we have VERY different definitions of what a timely response is.
Have you Google'd yourself Solo? This was not an isolated incident. And then to be rude and not give me your name, after not accepting responsibility for your inadequacies as a business manger/owner is completely unacceptable. See how I responded within an hour? That's timely.
Best of luck, with your level of customer service being so low you could trip over it, you'll need it.
