Once paid I got an email showing that my order went to "quality control". No change to my "log in" page since. Web page said it would be about 17 day delivery to the US. At day 18 I sent an email asking when it was going to be delivered. I got a nasty rude reply saying they were out for Christmas and only back on the 2nd of January. Forgot to answer my question on delivery.
Have left 4 voicemails on their 800 number which goes direct to their voicemail-no ring. Online email inquiry gets the automated answer"no one hear right now......" Regular "customer service" request forms sent by email go unanswered. They have "testimonials" by numerous Johns, Sally etc who claim they have wonderful experiences and great watches and have ordered numerous times. I sent my own testimonial-guess what-it did not make the list so it is not real customer feedback information. Think I'm screwed.
