Our business is a large etail/retail company. Many promises made by solid commerce techs and too much time has been wasted dealing with sc trying to sort out issues with oversold stock because the api will not correctly update and the sc techs do not know why. This has caused numerous orders to be cancelled and returned money to upset customers who may never buy from us again. In the beginning we were assured by sc that they were experts with sku vault and volusion and everything would be seamless but this has not been our experience. Constant unresolved issues with sc have resulted in large amount of lost sales, wasted time with constant calls back and forth to sc to try to fix the issue, unhappy customers and our customer service/inventory employees having to call customers, re-do work and correct problems. If you are thinking about using this company, give it some serious consideration first. Our reputation suffered substantially because their software could never get our orders to update correctly. We lost tens of thousands of dollars in revenue working with them.
Worst experience EVER! Databases are supposed to help online businesses streamline their efforts. Solid Commerce is the walmart of online databases. ALWAYS some issue EVERY WEEK .,..if no every day!

They don't care...nor do they know how to fix issues. Ongoing issues for a year...tired of submitting the same tickets. WASTE of our time! If the database even works half the time...most of the time, the site is down or SUPER SLOW! wasting countless man hours WAITING & dealing with their "so Called support team"
Used this over 2 years now.. We will be closing our doors at the end of the year. Business like this should NOT even allowed to be in business. SCAM RIP OFF...you name it!
We signed up for their order management service. We provided our Data immediately and we were supposed to have been set up within five days per their SLA. A month into the set up our contact had taken a vacation and then left the company. Nothing had been finished or even started to our knowledge.
We asked for our set up money ($900) back as the service was not going as planned or promised. They bounced us around from department to department and never refunded the money.
Meanwhile we were charged a monthly fee for the service that should have been set up at this point over two months prior.
Eventually after getting nowhere with Solid Commerce we charged them back via our bank.
Let me tell you! They do a good job at one thing and one thing only and that is one thing is fighting your charge back. I received my set up fee back but six months later i'm still fighting for the $368 dollar monthly charge.
Do not do business with these guys unless you enjoy adding a level of fight the already difficult process of software implementation.

He promised me a world that they competent to put my auto parts inventory online
After i paid sign UP fee of 250 USD they simply disappear for a week to return calls or email.
A week later gave me a person to do my intergration who was ('Green') new by name Trinico
After 3 attempts to get me going ,response was that i must upgrade to 399 a month account initially 199 per month
As a new seller i could not afford such a payment so decided to cancel
Wrote a letter and email ,spoke to few people ,got a responce that all the money will be refunded in 12/10/2015
Today 01/06/2016 no refund
Response states no refund on fee after 10 days
They are bait & switch .newer disclose such polices verbal only may be a small print which is not clear and not very informative

NO TRUST ,SYSTEM HARD TO COMPREHEND EVEN FOR THEIR OWN REPS
STAY AWAY FROM A BAD SOFTWARE AND Hostile PRACTICE
