Dallas paid $4,000 to Soleil Chartered Bank and Govind Srivastava delivered a Letter Of Credit to us for $60,000 promicing to repay the loan if Dallas was unable to pay back the loan. We extended the repayment dates several times and the LOC was also extended. Dallas Santana repaid $20,000 and we communicated with Govind Srivastava by letter, email, and phone regarding the remaining $40,000. He has not fulfilled his obligations.
