I ordered and paid $43.95 for 4 garden torches and received 4 bulbs.
The ad said they would send it out in 3-5 busniess days, but it arrived a month later. I started a email conversation, where in the beginning they acted like they were going to resolve it, but, they finally said that I had only ordered the bulbs (at which time it was too late to return them - it had to be returned in 14 days).
And, if I wanted the "advanced version" with all the acessories, it would be $20.00!
I ordered 6 torch lights from Evpain. Their add read that you got the whole torch light witch included the torch basket and the stakes to put in the ground. I only recieved the light bulbs. I paid 59.00 for this purchase.
I'm really upset because I was looking forward to putting these in my yard. I don't understand how this company could take advantage of so many people. They need to step up and give theses people what they payed for.
