*I bought a timeshare in Sol Melia, when they sell you, they do not give you enough time to read the contract and they explain only the nice parts of the vacation plan. Until you start using it, is when you realize all the "little letters" that one does not read and that make a fiasco investment. As it was not what they told me, I talked to complain, but that was not a novelty for them, they only answered me that while not in the contract does not count and that it is not possible to cancel.
At first they answered nicely, but over time they became more aggressive, less friendly, and in the end they avoided my calls. On the internet I met several people in the same as me and I was disappointed, I could not even sleep thinking about how I would do to pay all that money, I saw several companies that said they helped solve your problem, but after That happened to me I became very suspicious, among them I saw a company called mexican timeshare solutions, but I did not want to risk it until talking to a work colleague told me that he went through something the same and even worse, because he was sold for a while Shared and apart was cheated by another company that was going to "rent" his week, he was the one who told me that he had already worked with Mexican timeshare solutions and that if they were reliable, and with his experience gave me a little more confidence and I called for information.
The truth was very stressful months, because I was not sure that they were going to help me and I still owed it to Melia and I did not want to ruin my credit history, because my son is soon going to college, I ran with the luck that They fulfilled what was promised to me, my contract was canceled and I only paid until I canceled it, could not recover anything I paid, I would have really liked to be able to take my money from those scam artists, but at least I do not have They continue to pay them nothing.
It was a very difficult and exhausting experience, but I learned my lesson, never sign anything without reading it at 100 and timeshares are a fraud.*
