Downloaded Windows 10 Pro, code did not work. Went to bank to reverse charge, yet Bank says charge was legitimate since company demonstrated a transaction was made. Company will not return calls, in fact they have no way of leaving messages. Will not return my emails, but apparently did return Bank emails. Don't spend a dime at this place.
On February 15, 2018 I bought online and downloaded a copy of Windows 2016 Personal and Student Edition for $54.99 using a debit card. I was sent activation codes by email. They didn't work.
I emailed them right away and have received no response. I have since discovered through Ripoff.com that this company has numerous complaints filed against them to which they have never responded. They have a support number, 844-350-5295 but other filed reports say that no one responds and the number does not receive incoming calls.
I am concerned now that that they have my debit card info. I will be contacting my credit union asap. I have filed a complaint with FTC.
I will probably never get working codes from them or see my money back (as a retired senior that was a big hit for me). I am not likely to waste my time trying to pursue this further without FTC intervention as it doesn't look like anyone else has had success trying to contact them. This site needs to be shut down immediately and principals prosecuted. It's a menace to the unsuspecting consumer.
