The program purchased was SoftOrbits background remover software. It fails to deliver on claims to easily remove the photo background. I requested a refund and got the following response,

Lot of good that does me after the purchase!
*****Warning***** if this is the way a company wants to treat customers after purchase I would suggest you not waste your time nor money!! Pretty poor customer service!!
