I called the Social Security Administration about getting a new social security number because my wallet was stolen. Over the phone they sounded helpful and acted like they were gonna help me. I drove 63 miles to Lawton, Oklahoma. I walked in and a security officer walked up and told me to take a number and sit down. So I did. Then another security officer walked over and asked me what my business was there. I told him that I need a new social security number. He said that's not happening. Then he told me to take my hands out of my pockets and sit down! I sat down and waited for another 30 minutes! Then a blonde haired thin Caucasian woman with glasses called my number. I told her what I needed because my social security card was in my wallet when it was stolen! She said "Well we can't just replace your social security number just because you think someone might use it. You need evidence that it is being used, then we can help you. However, it might take up to 90 days to replace a social security number." I explained to her that I really wanted to prevent identity theft and she said "well that's not the way to do it! She then called a man named Kareem to help. Kareem then called security and I was escorted out of the building!! This was totally uncalled for, and I did NOT deserve to be treated like a felon! The whole time I was there felt like I was in a prison! I think they purposely make people feel like that because they can! They're the government and think they're too big to fall! They're not there to help anybody! They seem to be there to hinder or block people from receiving benefits or accomplishing what they need to accomplish in order to survive this joke called life!! They don't give a s**t about anybody but themselves!! If you have to go to the Social Security Administration, avoid the Lawton Social Security Administration, they will play psychological mind games with you and you won't win!
the program was developed to fund the govenrment. the administration at that time did not want to contribute to the country and this program is to fund the government from the people.
the government holds the money taken out from the workers pay for at least 30 years and the govenrment uses this money to gain interest and use it for the governments programs and yet at the time for retirement the government has increased the age time to recieve the funds placed for the people yet, they do not give an interest on the funds withheld and keep increasing the retirement age for collection and then they make a deal such as with me that if I take my social security at 62 then I will lose 500 dollars and if I wait until 65 then I will get what I am supposed to recieve and if I choose to take it early then I would never recieve the 500 dollars ever again and if I wait until i am 70 years old they would give me an extra 500 dollars. what are they doing with my hard earned money for the years they kept it and made money off my money and did not give me interest and also, they tax me when I take my social security. also, if I am deceased then they keep the money and my beneficiaries do not get my social security and they ge to keep it. not a great deal at all. They are like the bank and yet I do not get interest on the money they withheld for many years. I have not a say at all for the employer is held responsible to give my share to the gpvernment every pay check. the program is for the governent and not the people. the cost of living dose not equate with the social security pay out.
the govenment pays for miltary research and funds the wars in Europe and we have our own battles here with many disasters and its getting more and more disaters. we are going broke and chaos is at hand if this adminstration does not spend our monies wisely. The interest making on our monies funds areas that we do not even know about. The program needs updating and for the people and not for the govenment.

Very disappointed in the apathic behavior at this office. I am 62 years old disabled and living below the 135% poverty guidelines. Receiving $784 in benefits each month and having no other income. I worked the elections in October 2020 and grossing around $1,400 and thereafter calling and reporting this income to the social security administration. They claim that they have no record of it.
I spoke to an operator today by the name of Ms. Miller. She was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. She stated that I owe $658 dollars from the income I earned and that they will begin taking $79 out of my checks each month til the money is paid back. I requested a waiver of recovery. The purpose of me working the election was to move from a high crime area here in Chicago (West Garfield). This transition entailed u-haul, movers, move in fee, key deposit, credit check, mandatory rental insurance, my car was also totaled in the midst of the looting and rioting.
I have a service dog: annual dog registration, annual rabbis shot, avid tracker, annual dog friendly registration, annual shots, dog hygiene products, food, rent, electricity, phone, wi fi, hygiene products, toiletries, etc. I have the receipts to amid everything stated. In a time of a pandemic when we all are struggling to make it you would think that there would be a moratorium within this administration, considering the fact that they can not adhere to their own polices.

Furthermore, the social security administration states that they will assist me with these forms but how can they when the office is close. Many times I have experienced the Social Security worker's verbally abusive behavior, combative language and attitude with recipients and extremely threatening in their behavior, body language and short way of speaking at myself and other patrons. During the summer approx. my ssi benefits were up for renewal ( did all the forms etc.. sent). I got a sham of a review the dvr person ( states dshs) who decided my case never returned my calls, nor did she set up any ( none, zero) required exams ( than used that to deny me ).
So apparently a paid seat warmer can do nothing and use that to deny a person any benefits? i imediately appealed this sham sent in various forms ( including ssa -795 to continue my benefits) my local office were the forms were to be sent ( as instructed) loses, misplaces any forms ( too much work for those paid seat warmers as well)
in a statement from social security they state that my payments ( benefits ) will continue until 2022 ( 2 years from now) so thought be ok while appeal is being done. jan 2020 they send me a notice saying i been over paid???????????? say what??????????? so i call and get the run around ( still not been paid since)

SSA at 8800 Watson Rd St Louis MO are refusing to give African American Disability recipients a copy of their file. SSA in STL sends applicants claiming physical disabilities to their specified Doctors, subjected to numerous Xrays, yet they completely dismiss HARD EVIDENCE of physical disability, grouping AA recipients into a "mentally insane" category; hence hiding the file.

This afternoon I was called by the number 585-207-2794. The foreign voice on the other end wanted to know my name, last 4 of my social security number, address and city. When I refused to give him my last 4 he abruptly hung up.

From like october 2018 to now may 2019, i have been getting my social security income disability to my walmart money card on greet dot bank on my debit card # ending in and expires in 06/2019. Walmart money card/green dot bank set me a brand new debit card in may 2019 since the current card that i had at time was going to expire in 06/2019.
The updated card that they sent me ending in the and expires 04/23. Also, in may 2019 the sent me a new card that ends in but expires 08/21. Today, on 05/31/2019 i received a text message early this morning telling me that my social security income disability payment of $771 was received in my account for the card that in & expires 04/23.
I noticed my account online also said that i have $771. I tried to pay two bills online, but my payment was declined. I called walmart money card and they told me a vault was on my card, and they i needed to submit a copy of my photo identification and awards/benefit letter to them via email. I had sent a front copy of my photo i.D. & a photo of my award letter.
Then, they told me that they need a front and back copy of my award letter & a full photo of my award letter. I have been thoroughly complying with them and sent a photo of my driver’s permit front & back as well as front and back copy of my award letter from social security administration. They still are giving me excuses of why they can not remove the fault from my account or send my funds back to me or social security.
A customer service representative earlier told me that in order for them to send my funds back to me they would need a letter from the sender Social security administration) stating that i want the funds back & have my account # and aba routing # on it, which i am in the middle of doing at this moment. Later on when i called them they are still giving me excuses of why they cannot send me my $771 back to me or to social security administration.

I received a recorded message claiming to be SSA and that my benefits were being stopped unless I called back xx-9128. When I called back I asked why it was not the SSA toll-free number. The man that answered said that if I did not provide all of my information he would f* my mother, my sister, and me.
My first application for disability was promptly denied; my first appeal was promptly denied; and my second appeal was granted via hearing, though not without a long, convoluted and hostile process. Nearly 2-1/2 years after my initial application, I finally had a hearing on my second appeal (August 2017). Although their witness was allowed to appear via video conference, mine were not. Their credentials could have easily been presented if that were the issue, but it's not. Social Security's "experts," who are, as far as I can tell, mediocre practitioners who are looking for a little extra cash, are anything but objective. You do not bite the hand that feeds you. My own practitioners, being unable to appear, submitted written statements, including diagnoses, which were wholly disqualified by the Court. Who knows a patient better: A self-interested, unobjective provider; or providers who have been working with patients for years?
The Court was unprepared to finish my hearing in August and said that they were out of time and would like further information to proceed. In early September, I faxed a letter to the Court, saying that the requested information had been submitted. I requested a date to finish the hearing. More than two weeks later, I received a letter from them, saying that if I could/would not respond for the information request, they would make a decision without such information. I immediately faxed a letter, pointing out that the information HAD been submitted, and the request to finish the hearing had been made. I followed up with a phone call in late September after I was sure they had received the fax; and I was told that the next available hearing date was not until February of 2018. I responded that I could not wait that long as I was on the verge of eviction, as I had been for some time. I called the Judge's bluff and said, in essence, he should make the decision as threatened. At least then I could move on to the next appeal process. I then received a call saying that the Judge refused to make a decision as he thought "new" medical information was important. My case was given "expedited" status -- LOL -- so that I could get a hearing in December. Only three months more to wait.
During the December hearing, another "expert" appeared via video conference; and a second vocational "expert" appeared. Her recommendations were completely different from the first -- despite my physical problems, she recommended that I engage in careers that were directly contra-indicated by my physical condition. Despite my declining physical abilities (and a long career as a paralegal), she recommended that I enter brainless, physically-demanding menial work, such as cleaning offices. I stated that I was insulted that the vocational expert assessed my brain as worthless and my declining body as having improved, despite all evidence to the contrary.
Despite huge volumes of medical records, including numerous surgeries to my hip and back, the Judge chose to cling to a misdiagnosis of potential alcoholism. That misdiagnosis has been removed from my record, but the Judge continues to focus on that despite statements from the medical provider that it was erroneous. The Judge has now determined himself my diagnostician, despite his own "expert" saying that he saw no reason or history to indicate that. When I finally received a "partially favorable" decision, there was a great deal of emphasis on this erroneous diagnosis.
The decision arrived in early April, and I have yet to receive one penny in benefits. I received my Medicare card and was told that I would soon be getting a premium bill in excess of $530. The mere benefits upon which I have been subsisting hand-to-mouth for these years -- state health care, FoodShare, general relief -- will end. My expenses will increase exponentially, and my benefits will either reduce or disappear altogether. Very shortly, I will be in a far worse situation. As an orphan since the age of -5 and a widow who started paying into Social Security in my pre-teen years, I view Social Security's claims and actions to be fraudulent.
My father, a multiple murderer who landed me in foster care so early in my life, was given a free four-year education while I bore the burden of student loans and my own costs of serious health problems, dental problems and lack of any family support. He never used his education, while I craved such opportunities. This system protects and even benefits murderers while it mocks the children who never get such chances.
Still waiting for a check in July and hoping I will be able to feed myself and my dog this month.

Many times I have experienced the Social Security worker's verbally abusive behavior, combative language and attitude with recipients and extremely threatening in their behavior, body language and short way of speaking at myself and other patrons. The workers refuse to explain themselves to anything that can be a problem or taking into consideration the problems in everyday life when medical illness occurs.
It is told to patrons to call or come to the office with changes but when I have instead of workers being respectful when I am there to discuss changes, I am dealing with abusive people with a smart mouth on them speaking at me as if I am stupid. At that point I am only angry, so now it’s my turn to express that anger. Considering its ignorance and stupidity of others who choose to work for a system that is rigged to hurt people more than help people, I WILL NOT HOLD BACK WITH THAT SAME ATTITUDE HERE…
A few weeks back I went to the office in Norwalk because it was told to us Todd had an eligibility review. The young woman who refused to say who she was asked a few questions but most of which was filled in by her because of these workers don’t go over the report I later noticed much of the information she wrote was wrong.
Mr. X has been battling with frontal temporal dementia for many years and only recently he was properly diagnosed correctly, his heart is failing at 35% and the “hyperthyroidism” doesn’t help his condition, basically, he is dying, but SOCIAL SECURITY COULD GIVE A F*****LESS
When I went in a second time to I was treated extremely harassed and was never allowed to say what I need to say I am sick of this sh*t with f** a***. Todd has been extremely ill for a long time in and out of the hospital and every f*cken situation has been one bad thing after another.
This Fraud department doesn’t give a sh*** who has problems who is extremely sick or is dying all because I get paid to take care of all his needs since he cannot do any of that for himself through IHSS, it’s a big f*** deal!!!

During the summer approx. my ssi benefits were up for renewal ( did all the forms etc.. sent). I got a sham of a review the dvr person ( states dshs) who decided my case never returned my calls, nor did she set up any ( none, zero) required exams ( than used that to deny me ).
So apparently a paid seat warmer can do nothing and use that to deny a person any benefits? i imediately appealed this sham sent in various forms ( including ssa -795 to continue my benefits) my local office were the forms were to be sent ( as instructed) loses, misplaces any forms ( too much work for those paid seat warmers as well)
in a statement from social security they state that my payments ( benefits ) will continue until 2022 ( 2 years from now) so thought be ok while appeal is being done. jan 2020 they send me a notice saying i been over paid???????????? say what??????????? so i call and get the run around ( still not been paid since)
making a noise over this discover that the local office "conviently" loses or misplaces the forms i sent in, hmmm and thats my fault?????????????? they hang up on you and do nothing and had 2 make threats to me , as long as they get paid ( odd how that never gets stopped like mine) they can careless i'm just a disturbance to them. SSA at 8800 Watson Rd St Louis MO are refusing to give African American Disability recipients a copy of their file. SSA in STL sends applicants claiming physical disabilities to their specified Doctors, subjected to numerous Xrays, yet they completely dismiss HARD EVIDENCE of physical disability, grouping AA recipients into a "mentally insane" category; hence hiding the file.
When AA recipients request their personal files including Xrays they're given a complete runaround ie refusal , because SSA is aggressively fraudulently damaging African Americans medical files. The other location participating in fraud is at 717 N 16th St., St Louis MO.

Deprive of Social Security benefits due to old warrant back in 2005. New laws came into effect that Social Security can’t Deprive you of your payments due to old warrants. Was told in October 2019 my benefits would be off suspension back pay suppose to go back to 2005 lump sum or 2012.

This afternoon I was called by the number 585-207-2794. The foreign voice on the other end wanted to know my name, last 4 of my social security number, address and city. When I refused to give him my last 4 he abruptly hung up.
When I called back the foreign voice repeatedly said "f**k you, f**k you, f**k you". This is nothing but a scam pretending to be the social security administration.
They left a message that my social security number had been associated with drug trafficking and money . and they were suspending my number.
I spoke with several agents and officers over several days who had me purchase EBay cards to "safeguard my money"!
They got $20,000. Said I couldn't have access to more than $100 dollars when the Federal Marshals came. The Federal Marshals were to take the cards and give me cash!
It was a rip off! We need to warn others because they threaten and intimidate.
I spent 5 days in he'll all the time thinking I would be arrested if I didn't comply!

It went to my voicemail where a recording stated that -this call is from the department of Social Security Administration
"-the reason you have received from our department is to inform you that we just suspend your social security because we found some suspicious activity. So if you want to know about this case , just press 1 thank you."

From like october 2018 to now may 2019, i have been getting my social security income disability to my walmart money card on greet dot bank on my debit card # ending in and expires in 06/2019. Walmart money card/green dot bank set me a brand new debit card in may 2019 since the current card that i had at time was going to expire in 06/2019.
The updated card that they sent me ending in the and expires 04/23. Also, in may 2019 the sent me a new card that ends in but expires 08/21. Today, on 05/31/2019 i received a text message early this morning telling me that my social security income disability payment of $771 was received in my account for the card that in & expires 04/23.
I noticed my account online also said that i have $771. I tried to pay two bills online, but my payment was declined. I called walmart money card and they told me a vault was on my card, and they i needed to submit a copy of my photo identification and awards/benefit letter to them via email. I had sent a front copy of my photo i.D. & a photo of my award letter.
Then, they told me that they need a front and back copy of my award letter & a full photo of my award letter. I have been thoroughly complying with them and sent a photo of my driver’s permit front & back as well as front and back copy of my award letter from social security administration. They still are giving me excuses of why they can not remove the fault from my account or send my funds back to me or social security.
A customer service representative earlier told me that in order for them to send my funds back to me they would need a letter from the sender Social security administration) stating that i want the funds back & have my account # and aba routing # on it, which i am in the middle of doing at this moment. Later on when i called them they are still giving me excuses of why they cannot send me my $771 back to me or to social security administration.
They are giving me scripted, robotic answers. What they are doing is not right because i always received my social security income disability around the 1st of every month. I am already behind in bills and in the process of having my bills disconnected due to not having paid my bills due to no cash.
They need to send my cash back to social security administration and/or remove the vault from my account so that i can spend the cash on my card and pay all of my bills and remove my $771 from their walmart money card.
I went to a social security administration office today to try to show them the printed off proof of my direct deposit from s.S.I. Into my account with my new walmart money card, information from my old account with my old debit card, the emails of proof that i had sent walmart money card, & other important information. They told me that they cannot send any personal identifiable information about me to any third party. They told me that they can give it to me, and i can give it to walmart money card. They told me if green dot bank/ walmart money card have my $ there is nothing they can do about.
It is obvious that both social security administration and green dot bank/ walmart money card are both working together Possibly with the government) to do this to people. If you read other reports on scamion, then you will see that other people have had the exact same experience as i had. I seems to me that they do this to african-americans and are racists.
The federal government, lawyers, naacp; etc. Needs to file lawsuits against walmart money card/ green dot bank, social security administration; etc. For allowing this to happen. Now, i am about to get all of my bills disconnected due to walmart money card/ green dot bank freezing my account, refusing to release my fund, and for social security administration refusing to help me to get it back.
I received a recorded message claiming to be SSA and that my benefits were being stopped unless I called back xx-9128. When I called back I asked why it was not the SSA toll-free number. The man that answered said that if I did not provide all of my information he would f* my mother, my sister, and me.
My first application for disability was promptly denied; my first appeal was promptly denied; and my second appeal was granted via hearing, though not without a long, convoluted and hostile process. Nearly 2-1/2 years after my initial application, I finally had a hearing on my second appeal (August 2017). Although their witness was allowed to appear via video conference, mine were not. Their credentials could have easily been presented if that were the issue, but it's not. Social Security's "experts," who are, as far as I can tell, mediocre practitioners who are looking for a little extra cash, are anything but objective. You do not bite the hand that feeds you. My own practitioners, being unable to appear, submitted written statements, including diagnoses, which were wholly disqualified by the Court. Who knows a patient better: A self-interested, unobjective provider; or providers who have been working with patients for years?
The Court was unprepared to finish my hearing in August and said that they were out of time and would like further information to proceed. In early September, I faxed a letter to the Court, saying that the requested information had been submitted. I requested a date to finish the hearing. More than two weeks later, I received a letter from them, saying that if I could/would not respond for the information request, they would make a decision without such information. I immediately faxed a letter, pointing out that the information HAD been submitted, and the request to finish the hearing had been made. I followed up with a phone call in late September after I was sure they had received the fax; and I was told that the next available hearing date was not until February of 2018. I responded that I could not wait that long as I was on the verge of eviction, as I had been for some time. I called the Judge's bluff and said, in essence, he should make the decision as threatened. At least then I could move on to the next appeal process. I then received a call saying that the Judge refused to make a decision as he thought "new" medical information was important. My case was given "expedited" status -- LOL -- so that I could get a hearing in December. Only three months more to wait.
During the December hearing, another "expert" appeared via video conference; and a second vocational "expert" appeared. Her recommendations were completely different from the first -- despite my physical problems, she recommended that I engage in careers that were directly contra-indicated by my physical condition. Despite my declining physical abilities (and a long career as a paralegal), she recommended that I enter brainless, physically-demanding menial work, such as cleaning offices. I stated that I was insulted that the vocational expert assessed my brain as worthless and my declining body as having improved, despite all evidence to the contrary.
Despite huge volumes of medical records, including numerous surgeries to my hip and back, the Judge chose to cling to a misdiagnosis of potential alcoholism. That misdiagnosis has been removed from my record, but the Judge continues to focus on that despite statements from the medical provider that it was erroneous. The Judge has now determined himself my diagnostician, despite his own "expert" saying that he saw no reason or history to indicate that. When I finally received a "partially favorable" decision, there was a great deal of emphasis on this erroneous diagnosis.
The decision arrived in early April, and I have yet to receive one penny in benefits. I received my Medicare card and was told that I would soon be getting a premium bill in excess of $530. The mere benefits upon which I have been subsisting hand-to-mouth for these years -- state health care, FoodShare, general relief -- will end. My expenses will increase exponentially, and my benefits will either reduce or disappear altogether. Very shortly, I will be in a far worse situation. As an orphan since the age of -5 and a widow who started paying into Social Security in my pre-teen years, I view Social Security's claims and actions to be fraudulent.
My father, a multiple murderer who landed me in foster care so early in my life, was given a free four-year education while I bore the burden of student loans and my own costs of serious health problems, dental problems and lack of any family support. He never used his education, while I craved such opportunities. This system protects and even benefits murderers while it mocks the children who never get such chances.
Still waiting for a check in July and hoping I will be able to feed myself and my dog this month.
