I placed an order on line for a belt for my husband. They quickly charged me over $60 and sent a confirmation on March 8th. According to their webiste, they ship with in 1-2 days. That was a week ago. They are in Brookhaven NY, I am in Harwinton CT. I could have walked there in less time.
They don't have a working phone number so I emailed them. I received an automated response that "I had left merchandise in my basket" I paid for the d**n thing. I tried the phone number on my card statement, it is a fax number. Then I received another email from them advising me that they would give me a 15% discount to finish my order.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE OR THIS COMPANY. I drive into NYC on a regular basis. As this business is run from a home, I plan to show up with my receipt and demand my money back. THIS IS A TOTAL SLIM BALL COMPANY.
Sent a holster that didn't come close to fitting with no response from seller to exchange or get a refund
Ordered a holster for my pt111 taurus and weapon did not fit. No contact number so after several emails and no response i am stuck with a holster that cannot be used. And not a cheap on . 75 bucks down the drain. Worse customer service i have ever experienced
I odered a holster for a S&W Bodyguard. The holster fits too tight and bulges out when the pistol is in. Also it activates the laser light when inserted. I sent photos as requested by Beth and have not heard a response since. There is no phone number to call for support which leads me to believe this company is a ripoff. As of 3 weeks later, I have not recieved a resolution from their customer service dept. I now understand why they have no phone number.
Order #177920 was placed on 12/24/2015. Immediatly I was sent an email regarding the San Bernandino tragedy and how they are trying to fill orders as quickly as possible. On January 5, 2016 I reached out through the only contact method available, a web site form, and asked if there is an anticipated amount of delay in my order - when could I expect it to be fulfilled? I was sent an email response back stating that they do not know but 5 to 14 days seems reasonable. I again reached out on January 12, 2016 - well past teh 14 days, and receieved the same "canned" response. My last attempt was on January 19, 2016 and January 22, 2016 and both emails have gone unanswered.
