I ordered a "free sample" of prime garcinia and paid $4.99 for shipping. while on vaction I was charged another $89.95. I unfortunatly did not catch this charge untill today when another charge for 94.90 showed up on my card, and I went back though my bank sttement. I called the number on the statement, and talked to the man who picked up. he first wanted to give me a 25% refund. I was extremly adament that it be 100%. he than offered 50%, and I again informed him that was not going to work on me. he than conceded to the 100% refund that I was willing accept. He than informed me that It was against company policy to refund more than 30 days past, and could only refund the latest charge.
