Snap-on Credit, LLC. Reviews
I was 18 working in a local car dealership. Snap on came around first time I got on the truck pushed and pushed for me to buy this tool set that would pay for itself. Well after a few months in I was told I would need more tools. And again scammed by snap on. My bill was no at 7k. I've had the bill for 2 years. Want to know where it is now? 7k. When I tell my snap on rep to run a payment he either waits a few days or does not do it. And it's not like I'm calling at night or on a weekend it's during a week day in the middle of the day.
I have asked for a break down of the bill and have not gotten anything except my snap on receipt that makes absolutely no scene. Also at this point my brother has taken it over. My snap on dealer says it impossible without repoing it to put it in my brothers name. And my brother refuses to go to a back to get a loan. So at this point my brother continues to pay on and it goes no where. How bad would I hurt my credit if I let them repo it?
These guys are just a bunch of young idiots trying to bully people for payments when they don't even do their jobs. I called them several times to get an invoice for tools that I bought 3 times and finally got an invoice after a month. The day after I got the invoice, a snotty little kid tried to intimidate me by demanding a payment. I told that a*s clown Mike the manage, I just got the invoice yesterday. Watch out for these guys, they will ruin your credit because they have no ideal what they are doing.
Our tool bill was settled YEARS ago and we are STILL getting notifications that we owe money! They are a crapy company. If you can't just buy it in a few payments on the truck then don't buy it from them. We were making payments through the truck guy and he never sent them to Snap-on credit. Then we made payments to them directly and now they are saying that we still owe over $7000! This was done and over with YEARS AGO!!!!
