Well I have been paying $194 every two weeks since 12-1-19 and called the company today to get an update on my account was was told me balance changed from $1200 to $1,550 which includes a $350.00 extension fee and more leasing fees will be included soon. The agent and manager informed me the reason for this is because the account was not paid in 100 days (Which was never said to me).
The mechanic shop did not give me any information on this when I signed up. In fact, the receptionist at the shop did the application for me. She only asked for a signature at the end of the process and I did not receive the terms and conditions when I left the shop. I have called multiple times today and was told the terms of the contract was emailed to me, and it is ashamed you didn't read it.

Was told by salesperson at midas that the interest rate for snap finance is 4%. Talked into 2 loans. Original cost for 1 was $449.97. Total payoff to snap is $943.69, am paying $493.72 over the actual cost. 2nd loan, $271.99. Total cost with snap, $570.42, $298.43 over original cost of service by midas. How is this legal?
Snap finance is a rip off and really pissed off that i was lied to!!!!!! Was told would be paid off in a few short months. Still being charged and finally decided to check my loans and cannot believe this company has not been reported to the authorities.
There are laws in this country about these kinds of interest rates. It is well over...insanely over....the legal rates allowed by law.
We are a merchant that had used snap finance in the past. We purchased company's assets and liability, Corporation as a whole and now snap is making us re apply after know for the past 3 months of the merger. NOW 20K is being held and not released until we forcefully reapply. MERCHANTS BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Payroll has been delayed and employees might leave. USE any other company. When I asked to speak to a supervisor floor manager Jose says I have to deal with accounting that she will call me back, when I asked for her email address he said" she has 2 I don't know which to give so wait for her call." So asked him I will take both, he then refused to give it to me. I will also be filing a compliant with Federal trade commission , business consumer alliance, and attorney state general.
I went to a great company to buy a mattress/box springs and per their suggestion I got financing through Snap Financing. It seemed straight forward and was easy to qualify. I had not planned to go past the 100 days same as cash so really didn't worry about it. They had set up auto payments to be taken out of my account on my pay period dates. No biggie. However they started taking out more than what was authorized and put late payments on my account (all before the 100 days same as cash was to expire). I was beyond shocked at the amount of money they took without my approval. I went to their website and the hours listed on the site were not accurate so I was not able to call on a Sunday although their site says they have customer service available on Sundays. Yet another thing that was untrue about this company. I was apalled and I hope the mattress company I worked with gets another source for thier loans because they will be guilty by association by using this company. I would never suggest anyone to use this deplorable company.
