This company has infiltrated the market over the past few years under several aliases and branches of the same machine. Cast, Castforce, Snap Audits. They advertise vgorously offering generous pay for doing something that seems simple enough. Visit retail stores in your area, such as CVS, walmart and 7-11's and replenish the prepaid credit card inventory as per planogram OR the store's request. You are sent the collateral to your home address and the expactation is, that you will then go out to these stoores and stock the merhandise. This however is the ongoing problem. They do not pay you. They give several reasons by which they justify this, everything from not completing the locations in the timing nexcessary to hit the projected pay date to you, not setting the card exactly tp planogram or they just outright play the bait and switch, where they continue to update yor urecords to reflect that your pay will be distributed the following month. Only, the following month never comes.

This has happened to me for a third time until I finally caught on. I worked for them before under different aliases, only to now realize that all those companies are one in the same and this is the way they conduct business. I have done 18 stores and i am owed upwards $500.00 and i have only been paid 50.00 out of what is owed to me. I have had the pay period switched twice. Corey Parks who is the account manager tried to convince me that I was mistaken about the paydate whoch was originally 10/21st but i took the liberty of taking a screen shot of that paydate which he told me was Nov 18th. We had this conversation 2 weeks ago. Since then, He informed me via telephone that I will not be paid at all because my restocks were not set to planiogram. There is NOTHING in writing that dictates such a policy and i have done research since that conversation to discover over 5 independent contractors who are vistims in the same order so we will be joining forces to pursue litigation against this fraudulent company and furthermore contact thier vendor partners to svere all business ties with these shady individuals with less than immoral business practises.

Snap Audits pursued me online for almost 2 years. I never requested any information about them and didn't know they existed I finally gave in and filled out my information documenting to them that 'i do not have any merchandising experience and not a member of any associations". Received a call aroind 4pm on a Friday stating "we have 4 jobs in your area". I accepted but told the contact "i don't have the experience". This all boils down to no training, contact whether from emails or phone. It took me 2 days to set up a display (no experience and home office help), i made a couple minor mistakes, so Snap Audits refuses to pay for my time. This company is a SCAM and at $10.50 an hour they can prey on people needing work!!! Seems there's similar complaints. I will not shop at any of their clients!!

I installed 6 gift displays in 6 different CVS stores in Virginia for this contract company. It took me approximately 15 hours to complete the project and more hours to fill out their reports online. I submitted my work one week ahead of the deadline to be paid to ensure I was paid for that month, as they only pay once a month.

Quality control repeatedly rejected my work which was unfounded. They said I submitted the wrong pictures and wanted me to revisit these stores which were all over 40 miles away which I did. They would approve the invoices and then they would go back and pull the invoices that had been approved earlier and deny the work again.

The portal showing invoices paid was always incorrect. They tried telling me they had paid me for my work as the portal showed payment dates for the month before on invoices they had rejected that month. Two months have passed and I have yet to receive payment in full for countless hours of laborious work.

I was passed from one department to the next and ultimately the blame was passed to QC which refused to approve the invoices.

Unless you like to do hard work that takes forever and not get paid for it, I would avoid this company.

Snap audit, is a so called merchandising company

I went in to do a gift card reset, which I have done for other companies before so I was familiar with the process.

They said 4 hours for 48.00

it took over 6 hours. I spoke to josh and he was very understanding. well guess what josh is gone. the new person to contact is never available.

The say in the email that your rep can't help you with quality controls issues. They owe me lots of money and extra pay for the overage in the jobs. I was all accepted for payment on nov 18,

well on the 19th they came and said there were issues with the job. These jobs were done in Septenber and early October. Now 6 weeks later you are finding issues.

I have been to the same store numerous times, One other job was put up a uber signage. I did, now they are saying that there are tags missing, the secondary reset is not done, they didn't like the picture of the main reset. Mind you, I was just checking the display taking a picture and putting up a sign for 10.50

not resetting an entire store displays.

all I want is the money owed me.

Please do not work for this company until they get there act together, or dissapear and open up under a new name and then screw a whole bunch of new people.

Same song different band

Been working for the company since August they pay with paper checks not direct deposit and so pay day come the check comes 4 days later then you have to FIND a bank or facility to cash it because the bank the check is written on does not process through check cashing or walmart so not cash on hand must deposit must deposit must deposit so good luck with that. Thought they would be a good company to get work through but the work doesn't fit the pay or hassle of getting it. Josh is now in payroll and is no help so...

Forget the revisits and refusals just work for anyone else but SNAP Audits

I am a very hard-working single mom and do merchandising for a living. I contract with many companies and have an excellent reputation.

Recently, I was offered assignments by Snap Audits, and happily accepted the additional work, and I thought, additional income.

I am thoroughly convinced this company is a total sham and scam. Their modus is to reject invoices based upon their various whims. This is not business; this is rip-off.

To any retailers who are thinking of hiring this company, please think again. Snap Audits is not reputable. They do not pay their contractors. You do NOT want to be associated with them.

To any merchandisers who may be considering working for Snap Audits, just don't do it. You will drive miles, you will work hard, and you will NOT be paid.

Snap Audits did not pay me for working October 2016 Scheduled for CVS

Snap Audits Snap Audits LLC This company never paid me for an 8 hour job I worked alone. I was told someone would be scheduled to help but that didn't happen. I was then told I would receive the full pay for working myself but nothing. This company continues to email and even call me asking me to work other jobs knowing they owe me but won't....as this was disclosed they're stating if I work they will pay.....like it's bate to complete what they ask for to screw me over again!!!!!!I have had no one return my calls or ramp in my portal.....but when I tell them I'm reporting them they respond on the portal as if we were having a back and forth conversation........fckn ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I was trying to understand why all projects were not paid. They didn't respond to me even after I was trying to do my best and correct one of the jobs. Another job was done correctly and there was no reason to withhold my payment. Next project was approved and after I started asking them what happen with my payments, they cancelled that payment too. It was a nightmare to deal with these people who you can't reach. They use you like slave drivers and take your money. The company pays very low fees for all projects, I ended up working for $5 per hour. *
