Emailed me saying that I did not pay back a payday loan. Had no idea what they were talking about. They partially had some of my personal info. Some of what they had was incorrect.
I emailed them back asking for copies of the original paperwork. Otherwise I would assume that this was a scam. I received a threatening email back from Ms Smith advising that they were going to sue me in court because they have all this evidence against me. The person typing the email couldn't even use proper grammar or english. I emailed them back and told them to bring it on.
I also filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office.
