Care credit has done nothing for me and I haven't gotten my credit or money put back on my card.

I have tried to get help with putting the funds or credit back onto my card for a dental partial I don’t have and no longer want.I was hurt lied to and not given all the paperwork.I called them the next day,they said they couldn’t guarantee their work,so I asked them if they could refund me and they said "no”.I told this to care credit and they agreed they should have put it back also.I filed a claim 6 days later and after waiting the forty five days they never contacted me at all,but supposed to have sent a letter to my daughter based on some flimsy excuse of me not picking it up when in fact care credit instructed me not o do anything at all and my daughter not to make a payment,so i had to go without anything and still have not gotten help with this matter as I again have had to take a claim(for which the paperwork never arrived )and no where have I seen anything to the fact of what i first told to care credit of what exactly happened?!!! Nothing in writing to back up my claim! How am I to expect fairness and honesty? Shouldn’t they represent their client? aren’t they supposed to represent us the consumer?
