On september of 2012 i sent the above names and comoanies a total of $8000 FOR DISTRIBUTION THREW lrt entertainment who goes thru ingrooves. After paying them the deposit they took the money and cut me off. i already filed a lawsuit on them and it is still pending.

Another artist named sean breed told me to stay away from them, they scammed him out of $10,000 for distribution, a video, and album promotion. After i asked for a refund, they threatened to kiil me and anyone else involved.
They sent me a fake contract from a comoany called hoopla worldwide out of louisville,ky who is already out of business for doing fraud ! I repeat dont do business with these guys.

I sent the above names $12000 for a pubilciy campaign, mix and master of my cd, music video, and to book shows for me. They took all my money and ran. They never answered my phone calls or emails. I posted my music on a music website and then i got a fishy email from someone claiming to be a producer/talent scout from Universal. He told me to wire him $5000 for disitribution through Ingrooves which is under Universal. Come to find out Ingrooves is splitting from Universal and are no longer under them.
I paid the publicist $5,000 upfront and he sent me a fake contract and he took the money and ran off. I repeat do not do business with Jonathan Hay, Michael Bentley Barber, Sabrina Hale, Pink Grenade, or the recording artist Bim Fernandez.
They are scamming people from state to state. Now he doesn't return my calls, texts, or emails.
I contacted Jonathan Hay Publicity in March of 2014 to hire him to push my new video and upcoming mix tape. Jonathan said that he liked my music and that he could help me push my record and get me a record deal with SMH Records which is with Capitol Records through Caroline Records which he told me was owned by 50 Cent. He sent me a ton of links on his record company SMH and it said that they had $30 million dollors and they would get me everything that I needed to become a star. He sent me what I found out was a bogus contract from Capitol Records with the Caroline Records Logo on it.
I sent Jonathan Hay $5,000.00 dollars and he told me he was splitting it with Mike A. Smith the owner of SMH and I would get to come to Charlotte North Carolina and record with Mr. Smith. After I made the deposit into his Chase Bank Account all he did was keep sending me emails that he was working on things for me and he did that for 3 months. He wouldn't answer my call and always said he was in a meeting or in the studio. Billy Rassel who is Johnny Depp's son was suppose to be my manager and I even talked to Billy on the phone in March. Now for 3 months Jonathan wouldn't answer his phone and I said I wanted my money back.
He threatened me with an email and said that he was doing all these things for me so I should be grateful. I apologized and said I didn't know but after 2 more months and the entire summer went by without him answering one phone call except when i called him from my dads phone which is funny because he said on text that he was on a flight about to fly for 5 hours but he answered an hour later. I filed a report with his bank and I have tried to call the police to find out if I can get my money back as this was straight robbery. After all of this and now over 6 months later I have found out a few things about Jonathan Hay and his whole scamming operation because he has done it to so many people and I talked to a lot of those people. My money is gone and I didn't get one thing from this guy.
