*Hey my name is sandra...i worked for smartstyle for almost 1 year...when they changed mangers thats wehn tgey wanted me out ...they changed my hours,wanted me to work 3 night on weekends ...i was going 63 miles one way....they they wanted to be littled me, shame, embrassed in front of my clients....they let they pets get away with everthing ,no working at night ,getting the whole weekend off...when we didnt get saturdays off....if you didnt make your sakes they will count your hours...they always on to you making your quokes .....i will not work for them again ....regis sucks ..they dont care about the employees..only them selfs... Terrible service they don't know how to color hair My hair was Blonde, I wanted Carmel with Blonde Highlights, my hair is dark brown with Purple tinge and 2 grey Highlights
I waited and still no one came. I am here visiting family and needed a hair cut, and I go to the stylist in Sioux Falls, SD all the time, been to this one a few years ago. Very up set over an hour late and no sign that says it was closed for any reason.
As previous stated: I am from Sioux Falls, SD and in Hicory Creek, Tx visiting family. I needed a hair cut, and always go to the Salon in Sioux Falls, and have been to this salon before also. When I arrived at 11:00 AM the gate was locked, no open lighting on, no one in the business, no sign stating why it wasn't open. I walked around Wal Mart for awhile, went back, still no one there, so I took pictures for proof in case you don't believe me. I was very up set, so I had to find a differe salon. This is very poor business as no one in Wal Mart even didn't know why no one was their as not their business .
Went to smart style salon in Laurinburg N.C. to get my hair cut. After waiting over an hour and a half of what was to be only 15 minutes as told to me by the stylist. i was handed over to a stylist that had no idea how to cut hair and was told that she had just come out of school. 2 other stylists had to come to her rescue after i jumped from the chair when she tried to take electric clippers to my head. I did not ask for a crew cut! I thought i was safe with the more experienced stylist. I WAS DEAD WRONG. i walked out looking like a man. I now have to wear a hat for the next month. This salon is disgusting! Stylists are ignorant and rude. Customer service is zero as they will stop in the middle of doing your hair to text their friends and take phone calls. I will NEVER patronize this company again. DISGUSTING!!!!!
