I purchased 6 lbs of protein powder.
They sent me 6 lbs of short dated (2 months) expiry powder.
I contacted them asking for a refund or exchange.
They sent back a message saying they would get back to me shortly.
A week later, nobody has contacted me.
Poor Buisness
No service 16 days still processing will not return messages. Take money before shipping and then never ships. Smartpowders is a outright scam.
Amazon does not take your money until they ship. Stay away from this place it is a rippoff.
